Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms under which Apipie Tech LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), operating Aiyao Shop, accepts returns and issues refunds. Because Aiyao Shop is an international cross-border platform that ships many items directly from suppliers and warehouses around the world, please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Aiyao Shop, you agree to the terms below.

1. Refund and Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or faulty;
  • You received the wrong item or an incorrect quantity;
  • The item is materially different from its description on our website.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Perishable goods, personal-care, hygiene, or intimate items once opened;
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products;
  • Digital products, downloadable content, and gift cards;
  • Consulting, marketing, advertising, and other digital services that have already been delivered or commenced;
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

To start a return or refund request, email us at apipietech@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number;
  • The item(s) you wish to return;
  • The reason for the return; and
  • Clear photos or video, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Do not send items back before receiving confirmation and a return address from our team. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos or video. We will arrange a replacement, reshipment, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid label. If the return is due to a change of mind or other non-defect reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, or approve your refund request, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Processing times for items returning to international suppliers may be longer, and we will keep you updated.

7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order for a full refund if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and the standard return process applies. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at apipietech@gmail.com.

8. Cross-Border and Dropshipping Note

Many products are shipped directly from international suppliers, manufacturers, or warehouses. As a result, returns may need to be sent to different locations, and processing or refund times may be longer than for domestic orders. We will always provide the correct return instructions for each case.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund after the stated processing time, first check with your bank or payment provider, as posting times vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at apipietech@gmail.com and we will help resolve it.
