This Shipping Policy explains how Apipie Tech LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), operating Aiyao Shop, processes and ships orders. As an international cross-border e-commerce platform, we work with manufacturers, warehouses, and logistics providers across multiple regions to deliver products worldwide. Please review this policy before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship through a range of international and regional carriers and postal services, selected based on your destination, the product, and the originating warehouse. The available shipping method and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Because items ship from different international locations, delivery times vary by destination and supplier. Estimated delivery is generally:

  • Standard international shipping: 7–20 business days;
  • Express shipping (where available): 3–10 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual times may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, and local conditions.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and the selected shipping method. Any promotional free-shipping thresholds will be displayed on the Platform.

5. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains items from different suppliers or warehouses, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times, sometimes with separate tracking numbers. This is normal and does not mean any part of your order is missing.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country’s authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check your local import regulations before ordering.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number where available so you can follow its progress. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

9. Delays, Lost, or Stuck Packages

If your order is significantly delayed, appears stuck in transit, or does not arrive within a reasonable time beyond the estimate, please contact us at apipietech@gmail.com with your order number, and we will investigate with the carrier and help resolve the issue.
